3. Temporary and Permanent Employment

Elite Employment Connections may place candidates in both temporary and permanent roles. Temporary roles may not lead to permanent employment, and Elite Employment Connections is not responsible for the continuation of any job placement beyond the duration of the assignment or contract. For permanent roles, Elite Employment Connections does not guarantee the duration of employment or employment relationship after placement.

5. Candidate Responsibility

Elite Employment Connections does not conduct exhaustive background checks on candidates unless specifically requested by the client or required by law. Clients may choose to conduct their own background checks, reference checks, or other assessments as part of their hiring process.

10. No Guarantee of Employment

Elite Employment Connections does not guarantee that any candidate will be hired by the client. Placement success is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to the needs of the client, the candidate's qualifications, and the availability of positions.
